Primal Stress Review (Teaser)

OK, it’s been a few days now and I’ve had a chance to review a good bit of the Primal Stress program materials. I’m not going to let the cat outta the bag until the program goes on sale (this Thursday, 8/9/12), but I will give you some (vague) insider info without completely spilling the beans.

From what I’ve seen so far, I’m very impressed with the Primal Stress program overall. This is extremely comprehensive, and I dare say, possibly the most comprehensive training program Scott Sonnon has ever released – really solid stuff.

And there’s a TON of it, too. For instance, I highlighted all of the video files to see how much total footage is included – a whopping 14 hours (approximately). Holy shizzle my nizzle. Seriously, a week is nowhere near long enough to review all of this, but I’ll do my best.

Oh, and the bonuses that are included in the download area for the launch sale – the best ones yet – by far (and probably worth the cost of the entire program in-and-of-themselves). And you can tack on another 4+ hours of video footage for those, too. Not to mention the audio files, the 200+ page instruction manual, and other PDF bonuses, too.

Did I mention there’s a TON of stuff included?

I know that Scott is well known for over-delivering on his promises, but man – this package is something else.

And by the way, if you’re a fan of any of Scott’s other bodyweight training programs (like TACFIT Commando, TACFIT Warrior, Tactical Gymnastics, etc.), then you’re going to love the Flow Physique portion of the Primal Stress Program. Scott privately told me a little bit about Flow Physique late last year and I’ve been waiting on the edge of my seat ever since. I’ll have to take a closer look at everything to be 100% sure, but I think this may just be Scott’s best overall bodyweight training program, and one that raises the bar for other bodyweight training programs in the industry at large.

I also noticed that Scott addressed some of the concerns I and others have posted in past product reviews (see links in the site footer). Although, there’s still a couple quirks I would change if it were up to me. But hey, we can’t have everything exactly the way we want it, right?

Anyways, I’m going to spend some time tonight and tomorrow night going over the rest of it all and trying my best to formulate coherent sentences for my complete Primal Stress product review. It’s probably going to be a couple of late nights, but I know the emails will be coming in by the dozens on Thursday and I need to be ready!

So, like I said, I’m not going to reveal much info until the actual product goes on sale because I don’t want to interfere with their planned product launch. I can’t wait to reveal all my thoughts because yet again, this is a superb program from Scott Sonnon – one that I think combines some of the best elements from the TACFIT and Circular Strength Training systems. And leveraging the strengths of each system is pretty smart if you ask me!

So, stay tuned! The complete Primal Stress review is coming soon!

Cheers,

John

  • Great information on your site. I tlltoay agree that a program like Tacfit Commando can jump start you overall level of fitness. Even advanced lifters will struggle with a program like this because it shocks the system so much and forces it to use muscle groups you could never target with weights. I am one of the many people who have tried Tacfit and I tlltoay loved it. Not only am I cutting my gym cost out of the equation, but I am seeing results I never thought were possible, and I owe it to the Tacfot Commando workout system.
